Twenty four students graduated yesterday from a programme that has been going for nine weeks and has a combination of boot camp styles.
CACTUS is a course that is an adolescent challenge programme for youth, the programme has been running for the students of Rangitahi College.
Valerie Peke of the key organises of the programme says that yesterday’s event tested the students and was supported by the Mayor of Whakatāne, Tony Bonne.
